Since 1992, Billy Twang® has always believed that the measure of a great company is how it treats its customers. Before you place your order, we encourage you to learn more about our shipping policies and how you can save money shopping with us.
FREE SHIPPING OVER $50
Billy Twang® is pleased to offer free ground shipping on all U.S. orders over $50. No promotional code required. You also have the option to upgrade to an expedited service. We're proud to lead the way with the best service in the business!
ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES
Billy Twang® ships orders Monday-Friday, and our shipping staff is not available to ship on weekends or national holiday. All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 business days after they are received (allow 2-4 weeks for all custom-engraved items). After your order is processed and shipped, we will send you an email with an estimated arrival date and tracking number so you can track your package. We will also send you an email after we receive confirmation that your package has been delivered.
ORDER DELIVERY TIMES
All orders take 1-2 business days to process and ship from our warehouse after they are received. After an order ships from our warehouse, the following delivery times for domestic orders are generally true: Standard ground shipments generally arrive within 3-5 business days, second day shipments generally arrive within 2 business days, and next day shipments generally arrive on the next business day. Please note these are estimates provided to us by our shipping carriers, and that shipping delays can and often do occur. Our company cannot control and cannot be held responsible for packages that do not arrive within a certain time frame.
WAREHOUSE CLOSURE DAYS
Our shipping staff is not available to ship on weekends. In addition, our warehouse is closed in observance of the following national holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day-After-Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day. Orders placed during these days will ship on the next business day.
SHIPPING CARRIERS
We work exclusively with UPS, USPS, and FedEx to ship our products worldwide.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Due to international laws, regulations, and customs clearance restrictions related to importing food products, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
After your order ships, we will send you an email with an estimated arrival date and tracking number so you can track your package. We will also send you an email after we receive confirmation that your package has been delivered. If ample time has passed and you still have not received your order, please email howdy@billytwang.com and we would be happy to assist you.
