Alright y'all, let me tell ya how to make some dang good roasted brussel sprouts. These lil' babies are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. So grab yer apron and let's get cookin'!
Preheat that oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Rinse them brussel sprouts and chop off the ends. Then, cut 'em in half.
Place them lil' sprouts in a bowl and drizzle them with olive oil. Toss 'em around to make sure they all get coated.
Now, let's add them spices. Sprinkle in some Billy Twang® White rub. Give it another toss to make sure them sprouts are all covered in them spices.
Spread them sprouts out on a baking sheet, making sure they ain't too crowded. You want 'em to roast, not steam.
Pop them sprouts in the oven and let 'em roast for 20-25 minutes. You want 'em to be tender and a lil' bit crispy on the outside.
Take 'em out of the oven and let 'em cool for a minute or two.
